And eating 5 times the world average !!
Of course! It is quite obvious really. Haven’t you heard about The Butterfly Effect? Watch the movie, at least.
In short (just 5 logical steps), here is how it works:
1. Teenagers in America have sex, and become pregnant.
2. While going to watch Juno, they walk through a public park with lots of butterflies, who flutter away when such teenagers walk by.
3. The eddies in the continuum of space-time become turbulent because of tiny disturbances in air caused by such fluttering of wings.
4. This leads to hurricanes, fertilizer subsidies, NREGA, oil price speculation, draughts and many other things.
5. Obviously, people in India starve.
If you need any more proof, just consider the fact that when teenagers in USA were not having sex and getting pregnant, nobody – and I mean nobody at all – was starving in India. It is a fact.

downturn in the economy, reckless teens with no strong sense of hope for the future, seeking comfort in sex….
we, Indians, can help US of A (the erstwhile rich country, the land of dreams) by
- offering better sex education : with no cues/hues of Body Anatomy (just text)
- offering rigorous Abstinence-programs through Grand Mothers/Grand Dads who will monitor the Online chatting patterns of young girls/boys
- conducting Workshops on Condoms/other preventive measures
or pack them off to India – we will make them work in the hard-hitting sun
How about giving a few dozen packs of condoms FREE with all that SUPER-SIZE Junk they eat n drink (like half-pound burgers etc.)?
Between 1946 and the early 1960s, US of A had “Baby Boomer” generation…now the country may witness “Baby Bloopers” Gen…kya zamaana aa gaya/
n there’s no reason for us – ordinary brown-colored hard working mortals in developing economies, to starve n die….
cause Europe’s Ageing / greying economies needs Young n diligent working force (not young baby machines), desperately. Good quality Immigration is the sole “magic bullet” ….the retired populace need helping hands, women with low fertility need some substitutes, reluctant european women may have to contend with Asian brides…..Indians can survive!
Jyothsnay, there’s no problem with abstinence programs – different strokes (ahem) for different folks. However, there is a problem with abstinence-only programs.
see, it did have a butterfly effect- now there is a Gay Pride parade in Delhi and atheist overtones in textbooks in Kerala( too lazy to pull out the references)

What are these kids doing with their lives! Getting into motherhood at such a young age, then realizing at not having done anything in their lives, thus being frustrated, and then abandoning the kids.. no wonder why we see so many weirdos and freaks there!
excuse me jyothsnay …i’m a female teenager. I’m homeschooled and i also think that its crazy that girls are pregnant when there my age. I do think that its partally not there choice. School comes also with alot of pure pressure from friends, and bfs. you know…going with the flow of popularity. Also. there is a big gap where teens are not told not to. yes…there parents might be on the negative side but the schools dont care…at alot of schools they teach us that its normal and ok to do with certian rules. kids are ok with that. Its certanly not all there fault though. I myself am a christian and dont believe in doing it till i’m married . Oh and also….if they give them to adoption and you think that americans are eating to much and thats why theres problems in india??!? goodness sakes. Yes as americans we do eat alot and have the privalage of having it right there when we want it but reallly now. if we dont eat the extra french fries at mcdonalds we’ll save india? hmm.
India is the place that is majorly over populated and four fiths of the people are under the age of 18…(i’m a national debater and did research) by there own will they are still introducing children to there world of poverty. the over population is taking control of there food system. ThAT is a big part of why there starving

b) I cam empathise with that sense of loss you feel under varied pressures at school, the pressure to be the “Popular girl – with or without baby bump” and parents perched on the negative side of the fence..that’s why I was offering “GRANNY” medicine
c) “do that thing” young lady, have I ever preached u that it’s a wrong thing/ naha, do it more often than u could, but be careful n be safe…cause at the end of the day or night it’s ur body, you bear n carry the responsibility. If u feel it’s not an onus, carry on…but later dnot neglect the child cause he or she is hampering ur indulgences…that’s trauma for both- the baby n the young mother

btw, we usually munch on MURUKKUS, ..try them..dnot save McD’s French fries for us, we have a variety of snacking options

interestingly, poore folks on the streets have more children cause when those babies grow up, they can work or beg…more hands, more legs, more work, more money..what to do? they have a few grains of rice every night, most children sleep filling their empty tummies with water (not even clean) n sleep for days n nights

n most of them work in the nights at places called CALL CENTERS, faking your kind of accents…where’s the time for them churn kids? I see them everyday, their withdrawn faces (to fake American accent is quite tough an ordeal for Hindi, Telugu, Kannada ….23 other languges speaking teens) going home, n at homes they cant have sex, ..so no kids…we need to look at the poorer junta on the streets who are the reason for this population bulge, who cant buy expensive food with their paisas….

You really think that beause alot of teenagers in America are having sex that it leads to people in India to starve? Well whoever told you that, or think that, is an idiot. Open your eyes and read some books. Teenagers all over the world, in India too, are having sex. This has absolutely nothing to do with people starving across the Earth.

Having sex n then getting pregnant at a tender age is an exoticaly different world from “just having sex”…well, that’s the difference! anyway, now we dnot worry about this issue at all…we have bigger issues to worry about Palin’s wardrobe expenses especially when the markets are meltin n pouring down like rivers from hell & various other critical ones, open ur eyes too!
