  1. You read Mad Momma?

  2. No.

    I didn’t even read the post. :D

  3. So are you my dear friend, so are you.

  4. I want to meet this creature called “Mad Momma”
n want to tell her that “á woman in her shorts & anklets” {gold or silver..whatever) WALKING AROUND the house IS ONE AMONGST THE SEXIEST THINGS….As a woman I get high, now let’s imagine what happens to POOR BLITHERS, MEN? those ringing anklets draw out the subtle hints of a woman’s presence to the listener, a soft intercourse in the breee wafting in ….

“A woman is not good enough to be welcome during her periods…..” rubbish and foolishness! I see no reason for her to give her daughter, exclusive sessions on such the erstwhile “garbage-kinda treatment practiced against women in some folklore age?” why to dish out folklores on Women during Periods…why to attempt to understand such archaic thoughts and to create preachy sessions for those women still are imprisoned within the cramped cages of conformity to tradition?

just feel, behave and move around that Periods are just a NATURAL phenomenon and it’s good for a woman’s body (yea they are painful, the body turns really sore, horrid mood swings, bad migraines…blah blah)…n post that the kind of lightheartedness her body feels is unparalleled. n she feels sexier n curvy too! dnot know…but it happens!
why to stress the forehead n why to strain nerves on something so natural n why to bring in that much avoidable historical baggage.. are not we living in the age of Convenience, where we consider certain norms n rituals of history n traditions, as they keep us grounded (like going to temple/church/mosque, respecting elders etc etc) , & dnot even bother to think about the rest – which are restrictive, unbreathable, ancient/archaic in their tendency?

but I like the way she wrote. what a breather after a stream of nonsensical posts written by others n exhumed by our dearest boy R

  5. I must say that she clearly wrote what she felt…

But then, do u actually read Mad Momma? :P

  6. Gaurav,

    Ms Taggart,

Actually. No. Random. Not that I disagree with her basic argument; it seems obvious to me.
