The Blog is Back

So whatever was wrong with wordpress has been fixed, and my blog is back online.  I feel for my billions of readers who were deprived of their daily dose of nonsense. But, I guess the wordpress servers could not take it anymore and collapsed at the sheer weight of my idiocy.

But I realized something today. I miss my blog when its not there. It has quite unwittingly become a part of my  daily routine, and I like having it around. Also, I do not backup my blog which I ideally should. I was wondering what would have happened if I had lost all my posts. Blogging by its sheer nature captures our ephemeral thoughts-things which should have no value after that period of time passes. But, I know it would have hurt if I had lost all my previous posts. I am not sure  exactly why I feel that way. Perhaps, its human nature. Whatever.

Anyways, all is well in Denmark again.

The nonsense will continue.

    I missed the blog too. And for a moment had the sinking feeling that all my beloved posts were lost forever. Then I figured how unimportant all the stuff is in the bigger scheme of things and felt overwhlemed – so slept off most of the day.
